Ever since I was a little kid, I have always enjoyed BBQing. It can bring the feeling of a warm summer’s day to a cold and rainy winter’s evening. Growing up some of my fondest memories of real family time was when my father fired up the grill and we sat outside for hours and talked and ate.
While going to university, I lived many years in an apartment where I was prohibited from BBQing. When I finally got my own house in 2013, I started BBQing almost every day.
I quickly learned that a lot has happened since my childhood BBQing, and I started taking a real interest in the “art of BBQing”.
The idea behind this page is to take all that I have learned and pass it on. In other words, this is a collection of my best tips and tricks. This is simply homemade, down to earth BBQ that just works! The recipes and techniques learned here will hopefully aid in making you the king of the backyard BBQ-party!
